Thomas Tom Wilhelm

Tom and I were very close friends for over 20 years in Arizona, we worked together we played golf together....we did a lot together. I was blessed to have a friend like Tom (aka Green Jeans)....he was a great guy and I truly do miss talking with him. He enriched my life in many ways with his friendship.
When I was hurting he was there for me....he was the only one in fact. I loved Tom, because he was Tom, not trying to be anyone else....he was as true to the core as they come.

Sorrow only scratches the surface of hearing of Tom's passing. I'll always remember Tom as someone quick with a smile, along with his unique laugh...But more importantly, as one of the most genuine people I've known.

I was so sorry to hear about Tom's illness and passing. I will never forget the story about meeting Tom for the first time. When Art and I had just moved into the neighborhood, we were sitting in our sandbox and Tom ran down and said "Hi, my name is Tommy Wilhelm." We just sat there and kept digging. Tom never let us forget that. I will always remember him as a happy, skinny and fast kid with a big smile.
