Thomas Davis Wingard

Mr. Thomas was always so nice and friendly when I visited his pharmacy. He was never too busy to speak to his customers and made each one feel important.

So sorry to read about Toms death. Good friend since our days at USC and the Roost. Thoughts and prayers are with the family.

Best neighbor ever! Ronnie and I smile every time we recall Folly Beach stories because Thomas and Gloria were always front and center. Sending love to Gloria.

Thomas was a wonderful person and he and my husband Leland Vaughan were best friends. When Leland passed away Thomas came to his funeral and told the story about him that he wrote.

To Gloria and all of the girls and all of the grands. As your days pass I am sure that there will be a moment out of each day where you hear his voice or can't hold back a smile or an outright laugh. Thomas is one of a kind and I am proud to have been his friend. A truly special human.

Gloria and all the family, I am so shocked and saddened to learn of your loss. I feel like I've known the Wingard family most of my life, including the peacocks in the backyard on Sunset Drive. The pharmacy was next door to my Dad's office, and my Dad and Joe were great friends all through the years. If there is a football field in heaven, Thomas and Ted are suited up and surrounded by the many fans who preceded them, in sports and in life. Much love and prayers to all.
