We are so sorry to hear of Tom's passing. We've lost a great friend and a wonderful man.
Tom was one of the most joyful and kind persons I've ever had the privilege to be with. He enjoyed everybody and everything.
Our condolences go out to all his friends and especially his family.

Our prayers and love go out to the entire Winstel family. I have very fond memories of Uncle Tom while we lived in Cincinnati. He was a warm, caring and loving family man with a love and devotion to his family that is second to none. May you all find peace knowing that he is out of pain and enjoying his eternal reward in heaven.

Love and prayers Aunt Judy and all my cousins!
