To the family of Chief Woods:: Cheap wood was a good man and a wonderful Councilman!!. I was employed by the CITY OF BATON ROUGE-Citizens Service Dep´t-Division of The Mayor´s Office. One of my jobs were to help ALL the Councilmen, & Councilwomen with reports, & complaints, concerning the City of.Baton Rouge!!. Chief Woods was a special friend of mine, as were the other COUNCIL MEMBERS!!. When Chief Woods would go to the Mayor´s Office, he would ALWAYS come to my Office, & chat for a few...
