My deepest sympathies go out to the Oubre family. The last time I spoke with Tiffany was at Norbert Rillieux Elementary when she was picking up her daughters from school. She seemed happy and we talked briefly about how things were going in both our lives. We practically grew up together (since about 4th grade), so I do have very fond memories of her. May God bless and keep her safe in his arms.
