Dear Fred, Laura, Diane and Rita...my sincere condolences to the whole family on the loss of this wonderful, fun woman. Who will ever forget all the 4th of July festivities at the Allen Farmhouse. So many wonderful memories of playing jarts, sparklers, horseback riding and the beach at County Park. Our parents shared many good times and I am so happy we were all a part of it! I hope the memories keep you all with a smile on your face.

So sorry to hear of Tillies passing. She was a woman that from the first time you met her made you feel you had known her for years. So many Fred and Tillie stories. After leaving Peoria i would still hear about Tillie from Dianne and Doug. Know her impact will remain and be a part of Peoria lore for years to come. God Bless her
