Tim was a true friend and first-class. American citizen. He tried to help save my job when the vultures were after me and he was best resource officer in Ohio. He raised good, well-behaved children, and he cared for every kid who came within his purview Wellston is poorer for his passing. -jim downard

Dee & family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time. Tim was a very special kindhearted person.
I always enjoyed our daily conversations at the courthouse, and he always made the day even better on Fridays
when he would call up and say, "come downstairs I've got Amish donuts". I'm glad I had the opportunity to work
with Tim and will miss him.
