I'm a co-worker/Dispatcher from the Cleveland Water Communication Center Tim was definitely missed with no idea we would lose him til this day I think about him & another Dispatcher we lost right after him, but for me just seeing how he was so happy we could tell there was someone special in his life at that time, he loved his children's, however missing his smile & make his funny comments would help brighten the day, want so say Tim I missed you from the day we lost you & wish you was here...

hey little brother.. today i saw a VW van.. it reminded me of the magic bus.. and I thought about that van, in our driveway, by our pool, and the good times we had in it. Watch over from heaven. Miss ya.

Never met Tim. Always our go to guy when we had a situation that needed professional action. Just now heard of his loss. RIP.
