I know that I am late to see this but I am so saddened to learn of Tim´s death......

Erica and all of Tim's family, Jerry and I send our condolences. Our arbitration and mediation community has lost a wonderful member and many of us have lost a great friend. I personally owe Tim for my entry into the arbitration world, as my mentor and teacher. Tim was perceptive, generous, thoughtful, wildly intellectually curious, and utterly committed to workplace justice. We will miss him deeply.

My sincere condolences to Erica and Julia and all of Tim's family at this difficult time. I will never forget the many conversations I shared with Tim at the bus stop waiting for Julia and my girls to be picked up and dropped off from school. I miss those wonderful times and Tim's keen intelligence, warmth and great wit. May his memory live on in those who had the privilege of knowing him.

Going to your house as a kid was one of my favorite memories growing up. Tim was one of my favorite dads in town! I'm so sorry to hear of his passing and am sending my love from the West Coast.

I am so sorry to hear this very sad news. Sending sympathy and strength to Erica and Tim's entire family.

What a great loss. I am happy that I've known Tim. I wish I had spent more time with him...my loss. I am blessed to know his family.
