Not sure what to say?

Stunned. I went to the UM-Flint Rec Center a few days ago and saw the obituary of Tim on a bulletin board. Stunned. It seemed like only a few months ago that I had a lovely reunion breakfast meeting with Tim and his daughter Martha at Steady Eddy's at Flint Farmers' Market. We reminisced about our lives. Tim and I were pledge brothers for Phi Delta Tau fraternity at Mott CC in the mid-1960s. There were 18 of us in that pledge class. It was a progressive fraternity that was founded by...

Deepest condolences to the whole family. We had the privilege of getting to know Tim and his inspirational spirit. Keeping everyone in our thoughts and prayers. Lisa & Matthew Carter and family

We are so very sad at Tim's passing. We will miss your visits our Friend.

My husband and I enjoyed every minute we spent with Tim. He lit up whatever space he was in. We will miss him.

Tim was a St. Michael's classmate of mine for the first couple years of high school. I remember him as an outstanding athlete excelling as a runner. He ran right up until the time of his death. He was serious but yet was always fun to be around. My condolences to Tim's wife and family. Rest in peace.

I will miss seeing Tim at the start of the Crim Race. For the past few years I ran with Tim for the first few miles of the Crim but he always had a little more gas in his tank and would pull away. Such a great man who inspired me and many through his enthusiasm for enjoying life and being active. Rest In Peace my friend.

RAFTING IN WVA IN WHITE WATER WITH TIM, JOE LANGSTON, EARL GILPIN, SO MUCH FUN.

Will miss seeing Tim running on Mcwain road with the Thursday group. Those were the only times I saw Tim but he was an inspiration to all who ran with him. I will dedicate my next run to Tim on that old dirt road. Thoughts and prayers to the family. Thanks Tim

Dear Aunt Kathy, Mike, John, Mark and Martha,
I am absolutely heartbroken for you. I cant imagine how hard it must be to lose your strong, healthy husband and father so suddenly. Uncle Tims goodness reflected in all he did. He was helpful, cheerful and kind and a bulwark of dependability for the whole family. We are all sad and shocked and will always miss him. We are with you in spirit now and we plan to be with you in person in January.
