Not sure what to say?

Tim and I crossed paths several times in our lives, dating to the Peace Corps in the 60s and continuing here in New Mexico. I very much enjoyed our occasional lunch reminiscences. He was a good person with many talents. He will be missed by legions of friends who gained over the years.

I will always remember how kind Tim was to me and so funny. It's always too soon when we loose a friend and one of thee good ones. Ruthie Berry Cogswell

Tim was such a cool guy. I grew up as a friend of his son Colt and always looked forward to visiting the Kraft house - Tim was always interested in making sure we had a great time and I never saw him in a bad mood. Very sad to hear of his passing - wishing his family the best.

I have only fond memories of Tim Kraft which began when we worked on Jimmy Carter's 1975 primary campaign in Philadelphia. We both went to Washington (but Tim was important:- I was sent to fight it out at the DNC) Our paths crossed, numerous times, the last time we chatted was when I lived in Santa Fe. He was smart, a mover and shaker who always had time for a warm greeting and a laugh (time permitting.) He is one person from the Carter days I'll always remember. I'm sure that I will...

Tim was a wonderful man - extraordinary people and leadership skills, shrewd and successful political operative, warm and generous friend, with an unforgettable twinkle in his eye. He made his mark on American history, and leaves us with a bounty of remarkable life stories.

I wish I had the chance to know him better but knowing him as I did and the loving family he had and the life he led is enough to know what a fantastic person he was!!I'm very sorry for the loss. May your hearts be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived!! I'm sure he will be watching over you from heaven (or even closer)!!

Tim hired me in `76 to manage the Carter campaign in my home state of MT. That really got me my start in national politics. God bless him, and God rest his soul.

Tim Kraft- memorable, contributing, and Lasting.... Condolences and prayers for family and friends. Terry Adamson and Ede Holiday

On behalf of the Radway family, my sincere condolences to Tim's family. Tim was one of my father Larry Radway's favorite students at Dartmouth and the only one he was able to visit in the Oval Office (he was the Chair of the Democratic Party of New Hampshire at the time in addition to being a professor of Government at Dartmouth). I believe this photo is from 1978.
