Not sure what to say?

Hello, We realize that we are very late to express our deepest condolences, but we wanted to let your family and friends know that we will be sending Care Packages to deployed troops this month and several of these will be dedicated to your loved one. Each package will carry the name, photo and hometown of Timmy James Millsap US Army 1st Sergeant. We realize that this is a small tribute, but we do this with all respect and sincerity and we want you to know that it is made possible by...

Millsap was my Drill Sgt in 1997 at Fort Leonard Wood...Years later, I would learn of his ultimate sacrifice. I am honored that I have a photo of him pinning me on Graduation day.

Thinking of him on this Memorial Day weekend...God Bless his family. He is never forgotten!

MSG Millsap was a great man. I was with him in Kuwait in 2001. I didn't realize something until I had left Ft Riley. I thought he actually did not like me. Turns out he was making me a better soldier. I didn't go to Iraq with him, i had moved and ended up going to Afghanistan. MSG I thank you for molding me into the soldier you knew I could be.

Hey Timmy, say your face on TV in 2005 when the media was caring and posting the faces of our fallen. I was a Jarhead that joined the Army and you took care of me. Thanks Brother, I think of you always and I will see you again. Sgt Bruce P. Munro

Every time I think of my time in the service I think of Sgt Millsap. I was his driver in Bosnia.

To the family and friends of 1st Sgt. Timmy J. Millsap:
Please accept my remembrance of Timmy on the anniversary of his passing and know that he will never be forgotten.
