Not sure what to say?

Dear Shannon Bird and Family.

I am sorry for the loss of Tim Bird and his wife Dana. I went to school with Tim for a couple of years. There was one day when all of a sudden, he came up to me with a smile on his face and asked me when his birthday was. He was impressed with my gift on remembering dates.

Even though Tim's life was sadly cut short, his soul is living on without end. We all rejoice that he is alive spiritually with his wife Dana.

I myself have to remember...

Shannon and Family My prayers are with you in this terrible time!

Shannon, Walter, Dolores, Melissa, and family:
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and all of your family during this very sad time. We were traveling and only learned the tragic news yesterday but we have thought of nothing else since. Although it has been many, many years since I've seen Tim, I know he was a ray of sunshine in your lives. Words certainly aren't enough right now, but remember that many friends, near and far, have you in their hearts today and always.

Shannon, My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I remember how you jumped at the chance for Tim to play Santa Claus for my kids just before Tim lefted for the service. I remember you saying he'd be perfect... Shannon he was and you did a great job raising him, that will never change. Your friend, Rob Hudec

Dear Families of Tim, and Dana-
Although I never did meet Tim, I do know how happy he made Dana. I worked with Dana for over a year, and throughout that time, she had always talked about Tim, and how much she missed him being gone. So if he made her happy, then Im sure that he was a great guy! Although words cannot express how much sorrow I feel for the families, at least their love continues to grow in heaven- God bless and I will be praying for the loved ones of Tim and Dana- Jill...

Shannon, Laura, Walt, Delores & Melissa:

We are greatly saddened by your loss. Tim and Dana were two wonderful people that touched many, many lives. They were very lucky to have found one another and to have experienced the special love that they did. They are still sharing that love in a very special place where we will someday be able to share it with them again. They will not be forgotten. Your are wonderful people and you are in our thoughts and prayers daily. God Bless you all.

The death of these two vibrant, funny, beautiful people is unexpressable. They were two of our very best friends and it seems unreal to have lost them so suddenly. Tim was a hero. I know that he would do anything for his friends, family, and country as he has surly has done. Dana was a kind, funny, respectful, and so classy. Our lives were touched by them and we will never be the same. Shannon, Gram, Papa, Laura, Tim and the rest of his family our love and support are with you forever.

To all of Tim's family and close friends, we are so very sorry for your loss. We hope that your pain and sorrow will eventually make way for brighter times, filled with happy and loving memories of Tim. Our prayers and thoughts are with you! Love, Kara and John

Shannon
I can't grasp the immense love a mother feels for her child nor the magnitude of the pain you must be experiencing. My heart, greatest prayers, and deepest sympathy go out to you and your family. I was fortunate enough to have been close friends with Tim through school and even closer after. His personality was one of a kind and will never be forgotten. I talked to him several times while he was in Iraq and learned more about Tim in those two tours than in the many many years I...
