Foster-Warne Funeral Home - Collingswood Obituary

Timothy R. Bolbecker, age 51, of Audubon, NJ passed away on August 16, 2025.  Born on August 5, 1974, Tim was the beloved son of Stephanie (Joe) Bozza and Frank (Deanna) Bolbecker.

Tim was a 1993 graduate of Audubon High School and continued his education at Upsala College in East Orange, NJ from 1994-1995 and Gloucester County College in 2002.  He served active duty in the United States Army as an ammunitions specialist and was honorably discharged in 2000 after receiving multiple awards and accreditations.  The members he served with became like brothers to him.  Tim continued to serve his country in the Army National Guard in 2002.

He excelled in individual sports, earning a black belt in karate as an adolescent and grew to be very passionate about wrestling, not only as a champion competitor but also as a coach alongside his stepfather, Joe Bozza who introduced him to the sport.  Tim’s teammates and coaches proved to be a big part of his life, remaining by his side as he earned accolades as a first-place district champion.

Tim also contributed to the Audubon community by being an active member of the Audubon Fathers Association.  He was instrumental in organizing and running some of the association’s biggest fundraising events.  His efforts in this area helped in raising money which went to scholarships and technology upgrades for the school district and sponsorships for several youth sports teams and events.

Tim is also survived by his daughters, Greilyn Bolbecker (Dina Bolbecker), Isabella Bolbecker (Jessica Pittenger); nieces: Sierra Moore and Ava Dubose; nephews: James Pittenger and Antonio Dubose; his sister, Tina (Tom) Gramigna, nephew, Will Gramigna, niece, Elise Gramigna, his uncle, Paul Alby and a cousin, Nick Alby.

A celebration of Tim’s life will be held privately.  Donations may be made in Tim’s memory to Stop Soldier Suicide (www.stopsoldiersuicide.org).

Arrangements by the Foster-Warne Funeral Home, Audubon and Collingswood,  NJ.

Tim and Zen

Walking through the airport security 6:00AM everyone miserable. One uniformed guard dancing around singing the Tigger song, making everyone smile. That's Tim. 23 years later, I am grateful to have known him. Endlessly grateful for our extraordinary, intelligent, kind-hearted, brilliant daughter Isabella.(i could go on forever) I will treasure the love between our families and friends, countless wonderful memories with electric smiles and big belly laughs. Hard working to a fault, loyalty...

Tim and I served in the Army together in the 24th Ord. He was one of my very best friends, and always had my 6. A young man could ask for a more adventurous and fun time than when you hung out with Tim. We would lead the B running group joking and laughing every morning. I miss the times we had and the dudes we were. Love you Brother.
