Tim was the foreman for an M.C. Smith house custom built for us -- and Tim built two additional custom homes for our family after M.C. Smith passed. Time was a great guy to work with -- drove to deliver a quality product. From a customer perspective, he was great to work with. Tim build many beautiful custom homes that will serve as a legacy in the midlands area of S.C. Sincere condolences to the family.
