Tim was such a beautiful, caring soul

Tim and I had some great times in high school. I particularly remember riding in his parents VW Beatle...with Greg, Todd and Doug. Hard to believe its been 8 years. RIP

I was friends with Tim when we were kids in a men and boys choir. We were both boy sopranos and our parents dragged us to choir practice two nights per week and two services on Sunday. Yeah, we were thrilled. Tim helped me down the church aisle as I had trouble with walking and balance. Tim left the choir when we were still in grade school. We met up again in junior high school and Tim got stuck carrying my books to each class. In high school our schedules were different and Tim did not...

Dr. Carter was my professor at UNA in the graduate program. He was more than a professor he was my friend! I found out that my grandson was terminally ill during my second semester; Dr. Carter encouraged me to stay in school and finish my degree. He often was a friend to talk to, always offering words of encouragement and always asking how my daughter and grandson were doing. He was a wonderful teacher; everyone enjoyed his classes. I will miss his sense of humor, wonderful laugh and his warm...

Tim also taught at the University of Houston Downtown in the mid to late 1990s. He was well respected and liked. We were sad when he left the faculty to move to Pennsylvania.
