Connie, Sorry to hear of Tim's passing. I worked with Tim in the Traffic Division FPD and I can't think of a better officer I would have enjoyed working with. He was so helpful and understanding when I needed help.
May God Bless you and your family during this sad time. He was the greatest.

I grew up between Tims two olderbothers and knew their parents and the other sibs quite well over the years. I came to appreciate the whole Caster family over time. Tim even gave me a ticket for a traffic stop one time many years age. Very professional (and embarrassing for me) at the time but i was guilty and knew it.

I worked with Tim in the early 70's at FPD before becoming an officer & learned so much as he was a natural teacher. He was such a great guy & will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Tim was one of the old guard at Flint PD. A person who knew what it meant to be a servant of the public. He was a good man and the world is a little darker place without him.

RIP Tim. I will always remember his great sense of humor that all us recruits of the Flint Police Academy c/o 1989 embraced during challenging times. The knowledge he conveyed was irreplaceable just as his kind spirit. My thoughts and prayers to close friends and family.
