Pam, Bryan, Stacey and family:
We want to send our sadness to you on your great loss. We really thought Tim enjoyed his visit to Cumberland, Md. so much that we would have seen him more often. Only he knows why that did not happen. My years growing up with him at our granddad's will always be remembered. May God comfort you.

To all the Dial family,
I am very sorry for your loss. I knew Tim growing up on North Hill. I remember playing baseball at the sand banks field on Glenwood Ave. We'd play ball until the Beacon Journal papers would arrive and then the game would end because some of the players, Tim included, would have to deliver their papers.
I also was 2 years behind Tim at North High and remember him as the center on the first North High football team to make it to the Turkey Day championship in 1964.
We were lucky to have grown up on "The Hill" during those times.
Please accept my deepest sympathies.
