I had opportunity to meet Neighbor Guy Tim around 2015 at the races. An well it´s been nothing but fun memories made since. I worked at the GameStop on Henry street every week in the morning I would see him ride his pedal bike over to that goodwill. Seeing him down at rebel road/bike time trying to get free rad dads because he is Ryan´s Neighbor Guy and he´s on the car was always great. In all he is a great man. I´m Going to miss you my friend. I am sorry to hear the loss of "Neighbor Guy"!! I am happy that I had the opportunity to meet him years ago, and always had great conversations with him. I would often talk to him, when I would plow his drive while stopping to do Ryan & Aprils. My condolences to his daughter, and all his family and friends. Know he will always be looking down, and checking in on you all.
