Not sure what to say?

I was one year ahead of Tim at Iggy and met him after graduation. He was a great historian way back when then! Been trying to track him down for the last couple years and just heard about his passing today, I am sad that we did not re-connect. Tim, May the Peace of the Lord be with you.

Being a classmate of Tim’s at St. Vincent de Paul grade school meant you always had to be ready for a laugh. He was our Don Rickles! Will always remember our baseball games at the “Field” with the neighborhood West Park guys and the backyard basketball games. It was as a privilege knowing you Tim Donovan. The Towpath is your legacy.

We have many fond memories of working side by side as Tim tirelessly made the Towpath Marathon such a stellar event! Thank you Tim, for your vision, your time, and your talent! You can rest now! Kathy & John

Timmy's Retirement Party Duck Island Circa 2024

So so sad to hear of the loss of Cleveland's Tim Donovan. Without you Tim, there would be no Tow Path, the gem of our city. I will miss you, my Irish friend! -- MJ

I worked with Tim, for many years, on "Scrooge's Night Out". It was the 1st party of the Christmas season. We raised alot of money for the canal project. I am glad to have known Tim. He will be missed

I had many delightful conversations with Tim over a beer at the Great Lakes Brewpub. He always had a story and a smile. He will be missed by many.

I always loved seeing Tim at Canalway events and around the city. He was so passionate and well versed on what was best for Cleveland and it's residents, Cleveland needs more people like Tim! He will be greatly missed.

Being good friends with Tim’s Brother Kevin most of my life I remember him getting us tickets to the first concert at Richfield Colosseum to see Led Zeppelin. All the great times at the Genesis concerts RIP

I know how hard Tim worked promoting and setting up the Towpath Marathon. I also remember his enthusiasm when leading our group of Irish Canal laborers in the St. Patrick's Day parade.
Condolences to his family.
