Not sure what to say?

Hi, my names Carl and I live in the UK and for some random reason Tim´s name came into my head and I googled him and came across this page. I lived @ Heathrow and met Tim and his fellow students at my local pub around 1990. They weren´t enjoying the flea bitten facilities at the pub so we invited them all to stay at ours which they gladly accepted. We all got on really well but I must say that Tim was my favourite buddy as he was so smart, full of life and always looking for the next...

My deepest sympathy to you all. I met Tim as our City Prosecutor and frequently met with him over cases and trials. I continued to have contact with him on cases and other non related things. He always gave good advice and always made me laugh. He was a great trial attorney and was always there for anyone, including me, law wise or advice. May you find happiness in memories and all the good things he has done for everyone. God bless Richard Ferrera Sergeant/ Retired Caldwell Police

Prayers to the Fleming family. Tim was a great guy at C of I and a phenomenal umpire on the field while I was coaching! Thank goodness we never had to meet in the courtroom! Prayers to a great man!

Tim was an amazing friend. Always a joy when he walked in the door and never a dull moment.

God bless you Lori & Emily. Please know you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Ever since I met Tim, and many times passing him through the years, we had a forever assured friendship. Tim always had the eyes and smile of someone that has a beautiful idea for the day. I am sending my heartfelt sympathy and prayers for your comfort during this difficult time. Sincerely Mimi Ford

You came to our the City of Caldwell as a bright, young, new and brilliant attorney. You came as our city attorney.............You left as a beloved friend. You will always be loved by this community. Thank you for being such a wonderful person. Sheila McGregor

Tim was my mentor as a young attorney at the Gem County Prosecutor´s Office. I credit the attorney I am today with the opportunity he gave me to assist him. Great memories I had working for him. He taught me the importance of being honest and professional. He will be missed.

HUGS to Gloria, Tim's Mom.
