So sad to hear the news of Tim's passing. I worked with Tim at the City for many years. He was always a pleasure to talk to and an all around great guy. My condolences to his family at this difficult time.

Tim my husband Forest Rowell and I Denise Rowell didn't have the chance to meet you but see what was written up about you it made us feel like we have known you for years.
