Timmy and I were good friends in high school and I have many great memories of hanging out with him at parties, football games , wrestling matches, ice skating at the dam, etc . Tim lived in my neighborhood in Phillipsburg. Always friendly, smiling and always a "hey Kath" He was quite a character and mischievous. I'm always going to remember him with his head of bushy blonde hair and great smile. R.I.P. Timmy Fowler
