Tim, We will never forget the way you danced in the back of the center aisle during Trading My Sorrows. You were a picture of God's joy living here on earth. We will never forget you and the love that you shared with everyone around you. Chandler and Jackie are so lucky to have had you for a daddy and husband. Jackie, may God hold you and Chandler close now and always. Tim's memory will never be forgotten.

To the Geha Family,
I want to thank all of you for the help you gave me when my son was in the hospital two rooms down from Tim's. I will never forget the love and support you gave me during your difficult time.

I keep a newspaper clipping of Tim and his picture in my sun visor of my car. Every time I get in the car I see Tim's face. Looking at his picture every day reminds me of a loving man who gave his all to his community and family. I try each day to be kinder person to...

TIM WAS A TRUE INSPIRATION TO US BOTH. HE ALWAYS THOUGHT OF OTHERS ABOVE ANYTHING ELSE. HIS MARRIAGE WAS A TRUE EXAMPLE OF WHAT MARRIAGE SHOULD BE. Heaven gained a loud angel; we lost one on earth... Denise and I have pictured Tim in Heaven worshiping God harder than he did on earth. What an awesome state he is in now. We laugh when we think of Tim giving electrical advice to the angels who are working on our mansions. He's probably driving them nuts with his go, go, work habits. We are not sure about how heaven works, we just know that having Tim there gives my wife and I both a greater peace and even joy when thinking about the day we...

Chandler’s Daddy

His hair was combed back slick and straight,
Wearing his little suit and red bow.
Today was Daddy's Day at school,
and he couldn't wait to go.

But his mommy tried to tell him,
that he probably should stay home.
Why the kids might not understand,
if he went to school alone.

But he was not afraid;
he knew just what to say.
What to tell his classmates
of why his daddy wasn't there today.

But...

Tim had many gifts: hospitality, discernment, evangelism and especially, love. He lived his faith, and he was a lot of fun to be around. He made people feel welcome and he wasn't afraid to acknowledge and address the difficult (even painful) things they were going through. He often reminded me of Peter the Apostle, who was considered the impetuous one, but also was one of Jesus' favorites. The world is a poorer place without Tim, and we miss him very much.

To Jackie, Chandler, and the rest of the Geha family, I feel honored to have known Tim for the short while that I did. He had this incredible way of making a person feel so at ease and loved. I thank God for bringing Tim to heal so many broken relationships and encourage so many young people to chase after God with all of their hearts. Dear Geha Family,
We have been soooo blessed by Tim. Tim taught us by his life's example and his sacrifice for his fellow man. He lived life to its fullest and enjoyed everything down to the finest minute piece of food. Thank you for being a great example to all of us. I felt treasured by you.
