Not sure what to say?

It´s been fourteen years since my brother Tim passed away...there hasn´t been a day that I haven´t thought about him, and I pray that he was welcomed by our Lord. Tim had so much energy and talent...he amazed me when he taught himself computer programming and then went on to make a living out of it. Love you Tim

A year is past. So much has happened. Sometimes it seems like only yesterday you were here and sometimes like it was a million years ago. I will always treasure all the goodd times and the great joy and blessings you brought to my life. Be at peace with God.
Love,
Barbara

I am deeply saddened to hear of this news on Tim! I was a couple years older than Tim but we became very good friends at Alfred and had many great times at the house. I remember his smile and penchant for laughter. We had many 1 on 1 talks that always involved good stories or sports and laughs. Tim was a gifted natural athlete but he was also gifted as a genuine person. I lost touch shortly after the Alfred days but I see Tim went into teaching. I am sure he connected with and...

timeh....watering yer tree that barb planted aint gonna let anybody mess wid yer tree mon hahah

To Tim's immediate family - though I never got a chance to meet you I know you are missing Tim very much now and will for a very long time - it does get easier but remember all the great times and he will be with you forever.

Dick and Mary Ellen - please accept my deepest sympathies because I know how much the boys have meant to you and there are no words to ease your loss. Know that he is in a better place.

The rest of the boys - it has been way to long since I have...

I have so many memories of my brother Tim...

- How he gang-tackled me in the backyard and broke my collarbone playing a friendly family game of football (and kicked me in the ribs while I lay on the ground claiming I was faking my injury);
- Tricking me into swapping weekend house chores where I somehow ended up with double the work cleaning the family room;
- Telling his friends he won the Hornell CC golf club championship in 1974 (claiming the newspaper spelled his name...

During my high school years, I had the priviledge of spending time with the Giedlin family. What a wonderful family they all were. Although most of my time was spent with Mike, I often had opportunities to listen in or be a part of the Giedlin antics; especially at the dinner table. I remember being a guest at the Giedlin's for Christmas Eve one year and what a beautiful time it was! MaryEllen was a great cook and many laughs were enjoyed throughout the entire evening. In later years, I...

I believe God brings people into your life for a reason. During our years together Tim taught me many things:

Be optimistic even when life throws you a curve ball.
Complaining is a waste of time and energy.
Laughing is contagious.
Gossip is not worth listening to.
A smile is a good response.
A hug says more than words.
Saying you're sorry, even if you if you're not wrong, is smart sometimes.
Life is short and precious.

We are in VA Beach to celebrate a Mass in Tim's memory. Blaze, Mike and Burdett Madigan, all the brothers, Andy, Liza, Beth, Lori and the kids...amazing stories and memories. I miss him very much. The one story Tim always told at our beach reunions, is how when we were at Notre Dame HS in Elmira, the paper reported me winning the 400m and then breaking up a no-hitter...the same afternoon! Of course Tim had the hit (couldn't run worth a damn). Never let me live that down. Thanks for all...
