Dear Eliza
By chance I happened to see Tim´s obituary. I met him when he visited
the Karolinska Institute where we both worked under Ulf von Euler, no less.
Tim was much appreciated during his
year in Stockholm, not least for his
open, friendly and helpful attitude.
A few years later I did a postdoctoral year at The Thorndike Laboratory in Boston. He kindly arranged so that my wife and I were invited to a party at your parents place in (?) Cambridge....

To the Family,
I'm a member of the Physiology faculty at Penn State in Hershey. I had the pleasure of meeting, attending seminars, and having an occasional lunch with Tim during his time at Hershey. I especially remember his real enthusiasm and passion for science. Even as a retired faculty member, there was many years where Tim was always present at our seminars and provide some remarkable insights. For the "old timers" in the department, he will be missed.

Eliza,
Thank you so much for helping to share Tim's memories via the book, Before Oil. It will always be a treasure to read for those interested in this period of history and the Harrison family.
