Not sure what to say?

Keri, I am so very sorry to hear about Tim's passing. Blessings and love to you and your family.

Kari and Family - I am so sorry for your loss. I only heard about Tim's passing today. I worked as one of his agents at RE/MAX Achievers in Surprise. He was a great leader and a gently spirit. I pray for the best to all of you that the Lord may bless you in a special way.

Just yesterday I learned we lost Tim and am overcome with deep and sincere sympathy for his family. Although I never had the pleasure of meeting them, my heartfelt prayers will continually go out asking God to watch over them and wrap them in His loving arms. May God's grace and the beautiful, indelible memories of Tim, be their consolation. No doubt Tim was a real estate industry giant, but for many of us he was a great guy with a big heart.

We'll miss you, Tim.

Tim was an amazing person who helped me tremendously. He took the time on the phone and via email to answer my questions and help educate me. He was an excellent example of CCIM.

For those who knew how devoted Tim was to the CCIM Institute and its education, the Education Foundation and the CCIM Institute have created the Hatlestad Scholarship Fund in Tim's memory to assist students who have been devastated by personal tragedies with assistance for tuition payments and other educational expenses. If you are looking for a way to honor his memory, please visit the Foundation's website at www.ccimef.org.

I had the extreme pleasure of knowing and working with Tim at the CCIM Institute during his 2008 administration. Tim spoke with integrity and authority on many subjects from basic to integral CCIM techniques. His loss is a void that will be hard to fill. We have lost a true friend and CCIM professional. My prayers go out to his family and many friends around the world.
