Not sure what to say?

I had the pleasure of knowing Tim through my work at WGBY, although he had left the station by then. He was a wonderful, talented guy with a great family. I am very sorry to see him leave us, particularly in the way Danny describes. My best to Neil, Danny, and Beth. I hope you will cherish the happy times and know that Tim lives on through the best that is in you.

Dearest Beth, Neil and Danny, I am so sorry to hear of Tim's passing. I have many wonderful memories of times shared with all of you. My favorite memories of Tim involve that wicked sense of humor, joy of life and most deeply, his love for all of you and his pride in his wonderful sons. Hold fast to the good times, release the pain of the bad times and know that everyday, Tim is with you in your soul.

To the family:
I had the privilege of working with Tim and Beth in the early days at WGBY, both at the old Armory and at the new site. I remember the countless hours and comraderie of those days, they were thrilling to this then 19-year-old intern. Tim and Beth taught by example - how to cheerfully embrace your job, treat others with respect, and balance your work with family life. I am grateful to have had such an experience. My sympathies to his children.

Dear Beth, Neil, Danny, Orval and Margaret, Cindy and Becky,
We were so surprised to learn about Tim's death. It saddened us deeply. We got to know Tim and his wife, Suzie, when Tim and I were stationed together at Westover Air Force Base. When Tim and I went overseas to Guam and Okinawa we roomed together and had some great times exploring the islands. Linda and Suzie lived together in an apartment in Springfield while we were gone. Tim and Suzie sort of introduced us to antiques. We...

I am so sorry to hear about Tim. He was a neighbor and a friend that helped to make special the little stretch of Westmoreland Avenue that I loved calling home. He will be missed, and my deepest sympathies go to Beth, Neil and Danny.

I have many great memories of channel 57's earlier days and Tim was a big part of that. We were a WGBY family that shared his accomplishments and some fun times... he will be remembered.

I am so happy that this online guest book allows so many people to share memories of my dad. I have uploaded a few photos to the photo album, and if I can get my scanner working, I'll try to post a few more.

When I last saw Dad at Thanksgiving, it was difficult to see how his alcoholism had taken a toll on him...but it was so good to re-connect with him after not seeing him for several years. In his apartment, he was surrounded by photos, letters, cards, etc. from his family and...

I visited Dad at Thanksgiving and made a little feast for us to share. I will always treasure this photo from the last time I saw him.

The day before Dad's memorial service, there was a spectacular double rainbow in Fort Worth. Max, the minister who spoke at the memorial service, referred to the rainbow and called Dad "a rainbow soul."
