Connor-Healy Funeral Home - Manchester Obituary

Timothy Allen Houle, 67, of Manchester, NH, passed away December 20, 2021, following a short battle with Pancreatic Cancer.
He was the first of four children born to Terrance and Margery Houle of Chichester. He attended local schools there and graduating from Pembroke Academy in 1972.

He settled in Manchester after he married Jane Roberts, and they had three children: daughter Monica who died in infancy, a son, Aaron Scott, and a daughter, Allison Faye.

A hard worker, Tim returned to school to obtain his degree while being employed full time, majoring in drafting and mechanical engineering. After a lifelong career in manufacturing, he had recently retired from his job as a sample manager for Freudenberg Vibracousitc.

Tim and Jane enjoyed many trips to his grandparent's family camp on Mooselookmeguntic Lake in Oquossoc, Maine. One passion Tim had and shared with his brother and father was shooting firearms. He was a proud member of the NRA. Tim loved motorcycles and had great pride in his V-rod Harley Davidson, he spent many years riding with his friend Ed and riding became his therapy after losing first his son and later his wife.

Tim found the love of his life when he started dating Joanne Buck and they became partners seven years ago. He and Joanne traveled to Tennessee and California and enjoyed rides to the beach in his Porche. He also had a great love of rock music, attending many concerts and building his record collection.

Tim is predeceased by his wife and all three of his children. He will be sadly missed by his partner, Joanne Buck; his parents, Margery and Terrance Houle of Chichester; his cherished grandchildren, Connor Brown-Houle and Lilly Kimball-Houle; his brothers, Tom “Houley” Houle (Karen) of Chichester, Ray Houle (Lucille) of Concord; and sister Jean Richards (Albert) of East Concord. A revered uncle, Tim also leaves many nieces and nephews.

Services: Due to Covid-19 requirements, a private service for close friends and family only will be held on January 8, 2022, at 11 AM, in East Congregational United Church of Christ, 51 Mountain Rd in Concord NH.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the church or a charity of one’s choice.

Not sure what to say?

I am very sorry for your loss. I worked with Tim for many years at Freudenberg Vibracoustic. Tim was extremely helpful to me on many occasions, working hard to get samples made and shipped to help me out of a bind. He built and shared his expertise with other teams globally on techniques for machining samples. We also had a lot of laughs together. I remember when he traveled on business to Michigan, where I was living. On one of the last nights he was there, I asked him where he wanted...

Rest in peace Tim. We had some fun times together. Maybe we can re-connect again. As you said "we have a lot of catching up to do.

Sorry to hear of Tim's passing. Our deepest Condolences. Lena and Mike
