My deepest sympathy to Tim´s family. He was the most kind hearted guy and helped me on numerous occasions. He was always happy to help others. I am not able to attend the service but will be praying for Nancy and the family that your cherished memories will bring you some peace.

So untimely! It's been many many years since I saw him. People often look very different as adults. Not him! He looks just like the little boy in my memories, riding his big wheel past our house. Just all grown up. He'll always be little Timmy to me!

I am so sorry to hear of Tim´s passing. He has been so special to us since we moved into the condo and he and my husband, Tim, met. It seemed an instant bond had been formed. He was always so kind to us old timers and my husband always enjoyed talking with him and sharing thoughts. Tim was such a wonderful fisherman and willing to share his catch with us, all cleaned and ready for the pan. When my husband became ill Tim was right there offering to help in any way possible.
