Timothy R. Jones, Ozark, MO, son of Melvin and Mary (Maples) Jones, was born February 12, 1962, in Branson, MO, and departed this life on February 27, 2023, at the age of 61.


 


Tim had been a resident of the Reeds Spring and Ozark, MO, areas most of his life.  He was a self-employed contractor.  He was a member of the James River Church in Ozark, MO.


 


Tim was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Melvin Jones, Jr and a sister, Karen Sue Barnes.


 


Survivors are: former wife and friend, Liz Jones of Reeds Spring, MO; son, Christopher Jones and fiancé, Emily Branstetter of Nixa, MO; step-son, Logan Arterberry of Ozark, MO; brother, Doug Jones of Kansas City, MO; two sisters, Sally Foulk and husband, Eddie of Marionville, MO and Sandra L. Burk and husband, Gary of Aurora, MO and a host of other family and friends.


 


Visitation for Tim will be Friday, March 3, 2023, 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Stumpff Funeral Chapel Kimberling City, MO.  Service will be Saturday, March 4, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Denny McCrorey officiating at Stumpff Funeral Chapel, Kimberling City, MO.  Burial will be in Yocum Pond Cemetery, Reeds Spring, MO. 


 


Arrangements are under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home Kimberling City, MO.

Way to young so sorry. retired from Ozarks CocaCola/DrPepper Spfd. Many smiles over the years and of course a few. You did what?

Every time I think of Timmy I remember when he would walk over and we would play basketball on gravel....that was 1970....too many memories to list...grade school .Jr high..high school..see you in heaven my friend and we will laugh again!
