My prayers are with Tim's family. I was fortunate to work with him for several years at Caltrans. He handled the job pressures with grace, always with good humor, and his infectious laugh. Tim's guidance and resourcefulness helped make some cutting-edge research projects and programs start at Caltrans--many continue to this day. He always found ways to help. Those projects and programs don't show his name, but many of us will remember Tim as a key person who was essential to launch them. Like...

Although we did not know Timothy, we do know his daughter, Jennifer, and if he was anything like her he must have been a very special person indeed! Our prayers are with the family for God's comfort and peace.

Thank you to all who came to say goodbye to my father today. This was very special, I really wanted to get up and share that even on one of his last days...we went on our walk in the morning...he said, "Well Jen, you've got to look at the bright side of things". I am not sure where that came from, but I do know that my father was the most positive influence in my life and helped mold who I am. I thank him for that!
