Mr. Liscum was a mentor to me all my years of high school and after. I will always remember "Lily's eyes" and the confidence you instilled in me to become the man I am today. He was my chorus teacher for two years and was very supportive of me and everyone else. He helped me find the confidence to sing and be on stage. I´m very heartbroken to hear that he´s passed and he will be missed by many. May he rest in peace knowing that he helped a lot of people and brought joy to their faces.

Tim and I were colleagues and good friends for many years. We shared many good times together and created many good memories. I am saddened immensely by his passing and wish that I could have helped him in his time of need. I am very sad to hear of his passing. I know it's been a difficult year and I have thought of him often. My daughter and I had attended the amazing evening that Al Silva honored Mr. Nelson, Mrs. Taddie and Mr Liscum as well as a dear family friend, David Snavely.
