Not sure what to say?

I first met Tim in the 5th grade at St. Peter's along with Tim VanRheen , we soon became close friends probably after a brief fight as kids do. By the 8th grade we were legends. I can remenber the school days opening with "Tim, Tim and Juan come to the office". We owned the school, we had the keys (literally). We had a good childhood growing up in Riverside Terrace, Houston. No a GREAT a great childhood. Some of the best times of my life. I'll miss you Tim , won't ever forget you....

Tim was my best friend for many years. Even after we separated, I missed his friendship for years. I can still see him coming home from work, riding his motorcycle, strong, bright and full of youthful spirit. I have fond memories of the McGaughran family, loving, supportive, intellectual and downright "classy".
I cherish these relationships and all the memories. I am so grateful for having been a part of this family. I know how much you grieve. I know how much Christian misses her...

I'm grateful to be reminded of the friends and family who loved Tim. I'm particularly happy be reminded of some of the "old times" memories of Tim, growing up as his younger sister. Swell clothes, introductions to good music and dance, his defense of me ...always. Miss you much.

I worked with Tim @ TXdot for many years. His life has ended way too short.
He lived each day to the fullest.
And he was right, there is only this present moment for all of us...
Tim was a very smart guy.
I envied his ability to always be able to finish the Chronicle crossword puzzle, when no one else had a clue.
Tim was young at heart and full of kindness. He was a proud Dad and Grandpa who loved his daughter and grandkids alot.
He will be missed by all...

All my Mc Gaughran cousins are wonderful originals, as were Uncle Mac and Aunt Kate. They would have expected nothing less of their beautiful children. Tim was a family icon. I too, look forward to more time with my cousins.

In this day and age, Tim seems too young to have died. It seems like only yesterday that we were attending St. Thomas High School. Tim always struck me as someone who marched to the beat of a different drummer. He was soft-spoken and intelligent. He enjoyed a good laugh. I remember Father Jordan kicked Tim off the Cheerleaders' squad because Tim wore the wrong cheerleader shirt to a basketball game. I'm not sure it bothered Tim much. I lost touch with Tim after our days at St. Thomas. My...

My brother Tim was more original, more creative and more adventurous than most. He lived in the present. He expected kindness from others and returned it. Tim was a dreamer, a storyteller, an artisan and, in his own way, a perfectionist. He noticed the slightest of details and yet he was nonjudgmental. He made no excuses, asked for none, and accepted each person as is. I admired Tim very much.

I knew Tim a long time, and we hit it off as friends from the beginning. He never judged, but was always there to offer support and some of his wonderful wit. We went to UH football games together and had a great time. I will dearly miss his friendship.

I wish I'd known my cousin Tim better. His passing makes me more determined to be in better contact with the rest of the McGaughran clan.
