Dear Tim, I write these lines with a very heart. We must have met in 1998 or 1999, when you had started hiring graduate conducting students from the Hartt School as music director at St. Mary's. With your open and generous heart, soon we became good friends. What followed was several years of great times at St. Mary's Parish, many Classical concerts at the church; celebrations of multi-culturalism and universal love with friends from all the world, topped by wine and your ever-lasting...

I was adopted and we didn't know if I was paptized or not but he let continue with the confirmation class anyways. Plus he was my favorite priest too. He also signed my high school year books too.

Fr Murphy married us and for that we are truly thankful. Both Chuck and I had been previously married and he was willing to forego the regular premarital instruction. Thank you Fr Murphy. Chuck and Catherine

I'll miss you, Father Murphy. My years as an Altar Boy were a major part of my childhood. After I moved away from home, you were always a welcome sight whenever I came back to visit. Hampden and St. Mary's will never be the same without you.
