Rest in Peace Tim. Our desks were right next to each other in the Roxbury Courthouse back in the late 90s when we were both prosecutors. (It was sometimes a competition to see whose desk was messier!) A lot of great memories from those days and good, lasting friendships. I always enjoyed seeing you when you came into the courtroom when I was sitting in the BMC Central Division in recent years. You fought valiantly and for so many years. You will be missed and remembered. Dave Breen

Aty. Nolan was a tough and fair man! He fought a huge battle and while he was fighting he came to work and would encourage me about my Dad with a similar battle. I will never forget his kind ,thoughtful words, bright spirit , and witty sense of humor. He would put a smile on my face. He was a hard working Attorney whom I would see early in the Courtroom frequently preparing his many cases. He always fought diligently for his clients. He is sadly missed . I am very sorry to the family for...

May he rest in peace. Tim was a good guy and always a welcome ear while waiting in the bar enclosure to share the latest courthouse gossip.
