I am so sorry to hear of Tim's passing. I have worked in real estate for 25 years and never met Tim, but I always received the phone calls when he called our office to set up an appraisal. Tim was always very nice and it was always a pleasure talking to him. I sure will miss his voice calling our office. Rest in Heaven Tim! My thoughts and prayers to his family!
