Ortiz, Timothy Roman, 50, born on March 15, 1963 in Grants, NM and a current resident of Albuquerque, NM passed away on Friday, April 26, 2013. Timothy is survived by his wife of twenty-four years, Shirley Ortiz; sons, David Tafoya and companion, Yvette Montano and Timothy R. Ortiz Jr.; parents, Roman and Adelia Ortiz; brother, Rodney Ortiz and wife, Leesa; sisters, Brenda Urioste and husband, Martin, Carol Morin, and Ericka Trujillo; grandchildren, Alize, Asiga, and Autumn; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other family members, and friends. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 28, 2013 in the Riverside Funeral Home Chapel with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Final visitation will be from 8:00 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. on Monday, April 29, 2013 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 1860 Griegos Rd. NW, with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. with Father Joe Vigil, presider. Pallbearers will be Chris Ortiz, Andrew Ortiz, Martin Urioste, Ryan Archuleta, Breck Stewart, and Rob Ortman. Honorary pallbearers are Derek Trujillo, Rick Griffin, Ivan Chavez, and Gerald Ortiz.
