To Tim`s wife, children & family, I grew up on Syracuse`s southside w/ Tim & hung out together till about Junior high school. We had many great summers together. We would take the bus to Eastwood once a month to peddle the Eastwood Recorder w/ Bill Fisher to earn spending money. We saw the Brass Buttons together @ Bishop Grimes H.S. My/our 1st "concert" experience. Tim was a genuinely stand up guy. Very smart, friendly, very funny & had no enemies. Ya just knew he`d go on to great things. I...

What a significant loss to our community, the law profession, and to his buddies. I first met Timmy through HSE where his extensive knowledge of the law and his brilliance never ceased to amaze. His wit was unsurpassed. Tim, you will be missed. God Speed.

University of Dayton - 1978

I loved Tim like a brother. Smart, kind, witty, funny. One of the best conversationalists I've even had the pleasure to know. Just remembering all the good times is helping me cope with this. Prayers for all his family members.

Erika, Ryan and Ian, your dad was wonderful man, a great law partner and a true student of the law. I miss the old HS&E days and think of him often. I'm sorry we can't be with you on Saturday but you will be in our hearts and prayers. Kathleen Passidomo

I met Tim when he became a customer at the Bay Marina, he became a good friend, and regular visiter, coming to our fishing outings and back porch parties, always a smile, I miss you already , dear friend

I have always been proud that Tim was hired by Harter Secrest & Emery while I was serving as Managing Partner. It was a significant accomplishment. He was a fine colleague and a good friend. He was one of the most decent and nicest persons I have been fortunate to meet. I wish we had spent more time together.

I have many great memories of Tim during our high school years. I don't have to tell you that he had many great qualities. As you know he had a great sense of humor and quick wit. Most of all he had a terrific sense of family and friendship. My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May you find comfort in knowing that he was loved and admired by so many.
