Timothy G. Ross VIRGINIA BEACH - A memorial service will be held today from 5 to 7 p.m. at Red Wing Park, 1398 General Booth Blvd. Donations will be accepted to purchase a memorial bench for Mr. Ross to be erected at the oceanfront.
