Dear Peggy, Tim, Jr and Madeline,
Our heartfelt condolences for the premature passing of your husband/dad. He was a great guy and we enjoyed him as both a telephone sales professional and a patient. We also enjoyed your presence in our office too. We know you will miss him immensely. You are all in our prayers.
