I was deeply saddened to learn of Timothy's death and I would like to express my sympathy to his family. Timothy was highly respected by managers and employees alike throughout the entire agency. He was regarded as a visionary leader by anyone who ever worked with him.
Timothy's contributions to this agency during his 4 years of valued and dedicated service to the citizens of the State of Florida were many and varied. He was a major part of our initiative to increase Benefit Recovery...

So sorry for your loss. Rev John Shoun was paster of the church I went as a child my father knows him very well and my son Keith is a friend of James. Tim was my fourth cousin through the Heatherlys & the Cragis. His Great-Grandmother, Nancy Heatherly Shoun, was a first cousin to my Great-Grandfather John Jackson Heatherly and my Great-Grandmother Susan Cannon Spangler. I have added his name to the list of memorials to be ready at this year's Heatherly Reunion on the Sunday before Labor...
