Tim will be dearly missed by his friends and family. He was an inspiration for me to become the cook I am today at a long term care nursing home. He would always give me ideas on how to prepare the food and how to make them delicious so the residents can try them and see if they like. There's food they will demand me to make as it's their favorite and that goes to the desserts too.
