Nina my sympathy on almost 9 years without Tim. Hard but your life goes forward with kids and Grandkids and good memories. I hope life is good. And lots of friends to make for good times.. And then your classmates from NQHS to remember you.

Seven years have passed in a few days. Hardly seems possible. A great loss to family and friends and the city of Quincy. The memories remain. Memory eternal to Tim.

To Nina, Terry, Kevin and the rest of the Tobin Families, I am so sorry for your loss, Mr. T. was always a kind man to me. May he rest in peace.

I am so sad to hear of the passing of such a wonderful man. Tim Tobin was one of the nicest police officers that served with my Dad, Robert
Graham. I remember saying "Hello" to him every time I walked into Osco when I worked there during high school and college. I also remember how kind and considerate he was to my Mother after my Dad's passing; always inquiring if there was anything he could do for her. He was such a presence in the City of Quincy Police Department. The city was blessed...
