Tim was my best friend since high school. We both worked part time at the old Lake Zurich Shell station (Willard Mavis, George Gottschalk owners). Whenever I would visit my folks in Forest Lake, I would see Tim, and we'd have coffee every morning with a bunch of old friends at "The Kup" in LZ. I can't say enough about what a great guy Tim was, and how sad I am that this incredible accident happened to him. He was always a very hard, trustworthy worker, and never asked anything from anybody....
