Read MoreI´m so glad I was able to tell Tim, one final time, that I love him just a few weeks before he died. What a guy and what an incredible lion of a human being. I am typing this from Naples the night before Tim´s funeral. He impacted me in a great many ways. I am so, so fortunate to have had his presence in my life. It won´t be the same going forward.
