Some people dedicate their lives to serving their community and Tim did so in so many ways. I knew Tim primarily through the United Way of Capital Region. In my years of volunteering at UWCR, I could always count on Tim´s earnestness and sense of humor. Our community has lost a much loved servant and leader. I had the honor and pleasure of working with Tim during my volunteer time at United Way of the Capital Region. Tim was always appreciative and never missed an opportunity to say "thanks". He always had a way of making me feel valued, as he did for so many others. In the days ahead, I want his family to know that his life mattered to so many. His impact will be felt for a long time to come for those who experienced his friendship and support.

I have hundreds of treasured memories made during our time working together at United Way. His impact on the lives of the most vulnerable in our community will ripple into the next generation. His impact on my life is something I will treasure forever. He was a mentor and friend.
