Not sure what to say?

It's snowing up here in the Northwest Corner this morning. Tim would have loved it. I'm going to watch some Star Trek and make sure I remember to tell somebody I love them today.

Tim was the best guy. Down to earth. And I remember he and his wife so kind when I put Anthony my son into their daycare. Also Tim married two of my parishioners while I was on a mission trip. Rev. Tim was amazing during their ceremony . They are deaf and he handled it with compassion and intergrity. He will surely be missed in our community. To all his family and friends my deepest sympathy. I am not sure if I will be able to be with everyone for the funeral service due to the winter storm that has become part of our external reality (we reside in Oviedo Florida now)...yet my spirit will be with Ruth, Jonathan and Dan, along with Tim´s many, many friends. Tim was a special servant, blessed with many gifts - he was a scholar of first order, yet humble; he was blessed with exceptional wit and humor - and, as with the saints of old, the world was not worthy of him (Hebrews...

I am so saddened by the passing of undoubtedly the most Christian man I have ever known. Pastor made such an impact on my life (as well as my brothers and parents). He will forever be loved and remembered. Prayers for beautiful Ruth and the boys.

At Cornell University, I was a roommate and Bible study leader to Tim. On two different Christmas breaks I traveled down to New York to visit with him and his family. We had a great time together. What impressed me the most with Tim was his keen intellect. He excelled in the languages like Latin, Greek, German and others. He was truly an intellectual powerhouse. He even studied to prepare for his messages using the Greek New Testament. That´s something I could never do. The last time I met...

Tim was an amazing individual and godly man. His presence in any room or crowd was always felt and he exuberated love, kindness, faith, and hope in all that he did. He will be missed, but never forgotten, until we meet again...

Roland and I feel this loss deeply. We send love to you, Ruth, and all your family. He touched so many with his faith, his love, his kindness, and his genuine smile. We will miss him.

I was privileged to have spent time with Tim, and he was a great friend to our family. He was the best of the best, warm, generous and authentic, living his beliefs effortlessly.
