KEOKUK, Iowa -- Tina M. Lucas, 54, of West Point, died May 3, 2011, in the Great River Hospice House, West Burlington. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in the Vigen Memorial Home, Keokuk. There will be no visitation.
