Fr. TL Nicholas "Boksy" Harlan PhD

Fr. TL Boksy Nicholas Harlan, Ph.D., born on March 5, 1954 in Los Angeles, California, passed away at age 65 on May 25, 2019 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He graduated from St. Cyril Methodius with his PhD in 2019. TL was the beloved husband of Yolanda Harlan. He was preceded in death by his parents, his son, Michael Nicholas; and dogs, Chester, Muffin, and Bilbo. TL is survived by his sons, Josh and Ricardo; daughters, Rachel Noel, Rebecca Christina, Yoly, and Trinity; brother, Barton Harlan; sisters, Cheri Weaver and Lani Pivaroff; and grandchildren, Katherine, Asher, Maddox, Madison, Hannah Grace, Victoria, Alex, Bellalena, Rafael, Daniel Antonio, and Theresa Isabella. TL enjoyed a lifelong passion for writing, and served God in all he did. His wife, children, grandchildren, siblings, and friends all knew him as loving, generous, kind beyond compare and always quick with a joke.
